My stay at the hotel was fabulous! The rooms were super spacious, elegant, and even had Marshall speakers and a de Longhi coffee machine. On level 7, I had everything I needed in what was actually two rooms. The service was lovely, although staff needs to smile a little more and be better trained due to renovation, but they were always trying to serve other guests. The location was incredibly beautiful, right on the banks of the Douro River. The dining experience was pretty good, offering oatmeal and other healthy cereals, but more variety in traditional dishes would have been nice.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were amazing, especially with the movie corner providing popcorn and candy after a delightful meal. Having both a balcony and terrace was simply amazing, making the stay very comfortable and functional. The size of the room was great, and the balcony was really nice.
